Sorry guys but I cannot help this question. I've really scrolled through the forum now but cannot find any links for the Onboard T Cameras.

Any tips for downloading the clips? (And no, I cannot download through the webpage which seems to require an US television license.)

Could be good training advice or just documentary of the last true Olympic racing.

Does anyone know what brand/model camera they are using onboard the boats?

Only the broadcast crew would know the exact hardware being used...but they are housed in domes, can pan/tilt/zoom/focus etc all via remote control from the broadcast center.
They had this setup in Athens (recall the USA team had a spinny snag & tear on one...likely costing them the Gold).


Also I heard that only the top 3(?) points boats had them onboard for the medal race...and no "dummies" were inplace on the other 7 medal race finalist boats. Kinda unfair really.
