Guys, what should I be aware of or do differently when going from F18 to F17? Boat handling tips? Racing tips? Currently sail an Infusion and plan to keep it but want to have an F17 for times with no crew.

Dave,

You should have a fun time learning all the little quirks of sailing uni! Look thru these threads and you will be able to pick out the good stuff. grin As far as boat handling and racing, you will have to get out and sail! As you have already read from the threads about downwind sailing, you will have to develop a different mindset than the Infusion. Again, it's all about time on the water, no easy buttons!
