Is anybody out there a graphic designer? I'm starting an open source software closely related to sailing and I'm rubbish at graphic art. So I need help: I need an icon for the app as well as a set of icons for various UI controls in the application.

The reason I ask here is that the application is related to sailing, and I feel that a fellow sailor would be more in-tune with the application, more able to feel the design, than Joe random designer.

Just to be clear: This is for an open source free software, I'm doing it for the glory, and whoever helps me with icons would be paid as much as I am : You'll get your name in the about panel and in the doc, that's about it.
