6th Annual Catsailors Invade AnnapolisIt’s time to don your favorite catamaran sailing shirt and make our presence known to the sailing capital of the world. Last year we saw a nice variety of cat-sailing shirts. Please keep the tradition alive so we can continue to make our splash. These have always been a great success and we hope you can all make it this year (bring a friend too). It would be great to see long-lost friends who have since hung up their catamarans for other endeavors. We know you get these emails!
And before I forget, if you’re lucky enough to be on our email distribution list and would like to get off of it, then this is your chance. We only accept in-person cancellations at this annual event.
We’ve opted to change the venue a tiny bit. We’re going a little deeper into Annapolis this time and will rally at the Federal House Bar and Grill (details below). Next year, we’re taking the Capitol (or just some other bar, perhaps).
We hope our friends at Chesapeake Bay Magazine, SpinSheet, APS Crew, New England Catamarans, and Wetasschronicles can come on out and join us!

Date: Friday, January 23, 2009
Time: First gun is somewhere between 8:30 and 9:00 pm. If you want to go earlier and get some dinner, by all means, do so.
Place: Federal House Bar and Grill, 22 Market Space, Annapolis, MD 21401

Directions: Drive into Annapolis and park wherever you can park. Federal House is across the street from the Market House (north side). Check a map site for more details.
Attire: Wear your fleet colors (WRCRA T-shirt; A-Class; CRAC; WRSC, Nacra20, F16 or other). No leotards please (Chris).
RSVP: Not necessary. Let’s see what the tide brings in.
