Hello guys...

Is there a way to restore the "blackness to the black composite parts of Harken blocks?
Thank you,

Have you tried contacting... Harken?

If I had to guess, I'd try Penetrol. But, only after I asked to make sure there would be no ill effects.

Harken is very good about follow up customer service. Give 'em a call and see what happens.

Cloth buffing wheel and the "correct" buffing compound.

If it's just cosmetics you're after, look at automotice black-trim restorer products. I've used Mother's "Back to Black" on my cars and it's quite good.
