I just used some 3M 3000 Perfect-It high cut rubbing compound to remove scratches from the bottom of my hulls and to blend some repairs that were done. What is the best way for me to restore a nice shine to the hulls?

I sometimes use 303 after i clean off the stains from my hulls (grease and crud from the gulf). I have found that carnuba wax seals the 303 in and prevents restaining (for almost a year now)

3m Finesse-it, don't count on my spelling of it. 3m makes a great waxes as well. You could call 3m support, be ready to wroite stuff down and ask them to slow down...
That does look pretty damn good, Tad. I was there when that boat came out of the box - you did a great job making it look that way again. BTW, that canary yellow doesn't seem to be offered anymore. I always thought it was a really good boat color.

After watching Lionel Messi play, I realize I need to sail harder.
Its not offered anymore but you can order it from Sher-fab in California. GP-27 is the color code. And don't look TOOO closely because the new bottom doesn't blend perfectly into the old original yellow.
There are also some problem areas that are going to require more attention to get completely mirror finished.
Oh and before I forget, if I'm going to get complimented on my boat, its only right and polite to recognize my crew Bailey, and Brett (BLR) that came up and helped wetsand, buff and polish all day on Sunday to make it happen.
Perfectit III has been the industry standard in both manufacturing and repair facilities for years. It's great stuff. I just got a few cases of McLube Hullkote and the two together are pretty hard to beat.
