Hogshead OP member H Joined: Apr 2007 Posts: 127 Florida	Working hard to get the race up and started. Sponsors will be the Islander Water sports and the Tybee Island Sailing Association. Race replaces the Hogs Breath 100. This will run as a TYBEE warm up race for those who wish and others interested in this type of distance race. This race will be either a one day run from The Islander Resort to Key West or a two day event of either a round race back to the Islander or two day event to Key West. The distance will be aproximately 80 miles (100+ kilometers) either way. The race will be open to 18-22 foot catamarans with spinnaker / reacher and dagger boards. Stay tuned for details and NOR.

ThunderMuffin Carpal Tunnel T Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 3,655 Portland, Maine	Tybee Island Sailing Association == Chuck Bargeron. There isn't really a website that I know of. Chuck doesn't sail anymore, but he organizes the Tybee 500. He used to be the manager/promoter of Team Tybee. I'm sure if you called Chuck up, he'd put you in touch with some cat sailors in the area. PM me for his number.
