Word on da screet is a certain tall dorky Tybee skipper will be racing at Keowee's Bare What Ya Dare regatta with his lovely wife, against his Tybee crew and his lovely girlfriend/Fiancee?, who by the way looks fabulous in a full Worrell harness and bikini. This has the makings of the grudge match of the century, with all the blame from the Tybee being vanquished by the victor.Who was right for those 547 miles was it the skipper or the crew? Place your bets and come out and see! Tawd

Also note that two separate Tybee skippers, one who barely eaked out a victory over the other by less than 6 minutes, will be switching gears to duel it out on a-cats!

6 minutes was an eternity in the Tybee this year. That was the closest distance racing I've seen. I gotta find my wormhole chart for Lake Keowee.

What? Wormholes? That's what Todd found when he went for the shore on the last day of the Tybee - he disappeared only to appear again just barely in front of us nearing the finish line.

I'm talking about this "grudge match" crap. I'm assuming that the "tall dorky tybee 500 sailor" is me.
The wife told me back when we landed at Tybee that she wanted to sail with me at BWYD. We haven't sailed together since the last BWYD we sailed together 2 years ago. Her medical school keeps her tucked away from everyone and it just so happens that BWYD is smack dab in the middle of the only time off she's had in the past 3 years or so. She technically wasn't supposed to be able to come on the T500, but her attending doc told her to go.
TAAADDDDD, There's that short glove syndrome again. I was just throwing a little velocity style hype to bring some attention to what's going to be a real fun race.Lighten up,ya big dummy.I'm gonna start calling you Lamont. Who's driving, you or Kate?
