Cant really find out what happened in the first clip, I've read that the fishing vessel had to avoid anothet boat (the Estrella), then drifted away and took out some stancions when leaving.
This is a better angle from the 2nd video. The "Estrella" is an old ferry now used for tourist trips. From what I can gather is that it doesn't have a regular gearbox, they have to cut the engine, switch crankshafts, and start it again to switch from forward to reverse. Except that it didnt, according to the captain they had "technical problems" and couldnt switch gears so when he restarted it and gave some throttle he reversed even harder. It didnt slam directly into a yacht but caused damage to 10 yachts anyway.
