Posts: 171 Cary, NC | My wife has caught the sailing bug! She has agreed that we can pick up a beachcat this year, so hopefully in the next couple months we'll have a boat of our own! It will be on the cheaper end of things, P16, H16 or if we can find a cheap enough H17. We are really open to anything though, total crew weight will be about 320lbs (me 200, wifey 125ish). I know, I need to hit the gym Think under a grand for boat + trailer, not much to work with I know but it'll get us out on the water and to some races for sure!

Unregistered | Adding weight or loosing weight, it is 80% about your diet. If you want to be stronger, go to the gym. I have recently lost 20lbs without changing my diet at all. I got a dog (4 year old shiba inu) and walk her 3 to 4 times a day. That is the big change.... I do run with her a bit..we also chase some wabbits together... but she is as lazy as me... I also sail about 10 days a month... the trap is my prefered (and only) situp I do, Raising the mast is the only "lifting" i do... sheeting in is my upperbody workout... and rum makes it all hurt less...
