Santa... He has his little helpers stitch them up just right. Then he puts them in neat little sailbags (cause it would take too much wrapping paper), and brings them down the chimney for all the good little sailors out there... !!

Or just go buy one and go sailing while the season lasts (budget allowing of course)...
