Looks like plywood construction to me, you wont win the Nationals on it but well sailed and with some good foils you wont come last either.

Mark 2 just means it's set up with a jib for two-up sailing. Take the jib off and it's a mark 1.
Most boats this sort of age are plywood.

What dollars would/should you pay for a fibreglass mozzie?
After my QB I vowed never to have another ply cat.

Fibreglass Mozzies were built in the early 80s and are not recommended. Foam sandwich ones were built from about '87 and these are good. They start at about $3000 with reasonable equipment (ie. fit to race).

another mozzie on ebay listed as catamaran 4.9m long good project, old timber boat sail no 374
hulls suit fire, mast boom and rudder box and some old fittings. would suit an older boat, and trailer that needs some attention. located at Heathcote.
