Just noticed the NOR is posted for Version 2.7 in Va Beach (http://www.hobiefleet32.org/register/2009_VER/2009_VER_NOR.htm).

Last year was a lot of fun. If you've never done the race before its a beach start race and they typically sail out around the islands of the Chesapeake bay bridge tunnel.
