Insurance all paid up I hope!? Yes, yes and yes, I expect the Council to be paying. Tree was very very rotten and had recently been inspected. I will be calling them in the morning!

I've a feeling the council will be shitting themselves. There were survays done on all the tress in the area; they took down a whole load around a small sailing lake down the road last year "in case they fall down and kill someone". They had a lucky escape today me thinks....

Maybe. Thinking about a Mini Cooper S next as cannot affort another silly Subaru. However, I will also be looking at Aston's in a couple of years time.... Talking to wifee over lunch about what to get next....
