Hi all,

I am in Brisbane and my wife and I are getting our Mosquito up to speed. We are getting a new tramp made at North sails and all we need now are new rudders and rudder box for both sides. The set that we have are beyond repair. What have you guys done in the past? Who should we see in Brisbane? Or even better does anybody have a set for sale?

I don't know anyone in Brisbane that makes rudders and stocks for a Mossie. Joey in Bendigo has been supplying carbon rudder, centre boards, stock and how hulls for the last couple years. Getting them from Bendigo to Brisbane is no problem.

Can't help with rudders etc in Bris, probably best to source in Vic or SA and ship up as will be right for a mossie.

Where are you in Bris?

Any plans on sailing through the summer or racing and where?

I will be sailing from Cleveland and Michael sails from Bribie and Humpybong at Redcliffe.

Would be great to meet up and sail together sometime.

Once we have the rudder and boxes on we are set to sail. We are at Nudgee Beach and will sail from Humpybong very soon I hope.
