Anyone want to get together for some sailing this weekend (8/5-8/6) in the Outer Banks? My wife and I are heading out Friday after work and plan to spend Saturday on the water somewhere(most likely launching at Norbanks) We'll be staying in Kill Devil Hills.

I wish I could go, but Joleen and I are running the last of a series of free catamaran sailing classes at Lake Townsend. Have fun and we'll catch up with you at Catfest.

If you are looking to sail around other people you could drive up the street to Va Beach and do the Version 2.7 Saturday, Sunday, or both. You can keep your boat rigged on the beach all weekend.

Sounds like a blast, but I think we are going to stick to the OBX this weekend. Sort of a visit the family/sailing trip smile
