Posts: 160 North Carolina | Does anyone by chance have an extra spray top that they could bring along for my sister to use? I told her to bring a rain jacket, but they just don't work the same. Thanks in advance.

Posts: 160 North Carolina | Thanks Ryan, if you could bring it along I'd appreciate it. My sis may not need it, but she doesn't sail often and she is cold-natured. You know how it is once your wet and not in the right gear. I'm sure she'll be fine though, I've got to look out for my sis ya know.
I'm going to try to get there pretty early as well, I'm going to shoot for around 10, as it's still about a 2 hour drive from Fayetteville.

Posts: 160 North Carolina | The sailing was fun this weekend. Saturday had some decent winds. It was hit and miss lake wind, but we were able to fly hulls for a bit. Sunday was good racing. We headed out in no wind and racing was postponed for a bit. But around 12 the wind filled in really nicely. It was also rather consistent for a good two hours. Only two cats showed up for racing, both hobies. There was an Isotope on the water Saturday. I had a nice weekend sailing there.

Posts: 171 Cary, NC | Great meeting you guys this weekend, had a blast on Saturday sailing with everyone. Similar story on Saturday with the winds, I was on the water around 10am and it was really light, but seemed to build most of the day. Was out on the lake Sunday as well, but just has a spectator on a friends ski boat. Saturday seemed to re-aggrivate a wrist injury from a few weeks ago and I just didn't want to make it worse Sunday. Looks like you guys had a great race though!
