i went to dinner after the races last night with some friends. One gal who didnt race, but was at the causeway and honeymoon island stated she talked with a ranger (or some type of official) and he stated the new law was to handle new boats, not old boat ... and they are talking about some type of "grandfather clause"....
I said i will need that in a video deposition so i can keep it with me when i get pulled over...
seems like there is more confusion within the state....
