We discovered this damage at the weekend by chance. The area in the photo is in the starboard hull looking back from the forward inspection hatch with the dagerboard case on the left.
Photo
The damaged area shows the inner layer of grp broken and peeled back partly. This was repaired from the outside some time ago but we didn't realise it had gone through to the inner layer.
Obviously knowing it's there now we'd like to repair it but access is a problem since theres no way to reach it through the inspection hatch. Is it possible to take the deck off on a Tiger or do I have to cut a hole in the deck to reach it(not ideal since any repairs to the deck will be visable in the non-slip)?

if you do need to go through the deck then you can fix the non skid. Rick Buchanan did a nice series on this in the Hobie Hotline.
