I saw someone else identify a green hull as mid 70's, I was wondering if someone could do the same with this blue one. The guy said it was not painted but he cant find a HIN number

If the number's not on the transom (might be behind the rudder pin), then there's a number stamped on the forward pylon.

If it's on the pylon, then it's older than 1973.
