the F18[nacra] is a total cow downhill in the rough stuff, the tiger had better rocker.

Flat water - f18 ever time though.

If the water is calm [say a lake] then the F18 nacra is faster

I've pitchpoled my 5.7 a few times but never did when I had my 5.8 there is something about the hull shape that keeps the bows up, when your on a reach and keeping it flat you can feel the hulls just kissing the water with fine spray everywhere.

It's the volume in the bows. 5.8 has the most forgiving hull shape for length, then any other boat I have sailed

It's all in the layout. The F18's are really crew friendly and are designed to be run with a spin so the balance of the boat is better. With the kick up centerboards and an overlapping jib the P19 is a good distance sled.

My brother has a P19 and my Infusion is superior is every way but I might be a little bias :-)
