Wondering if ya'll would share your opinions about trap harnesses before I get a new one. I'm 6'4 and about 250. I'm thinking about the new magic marine harness. What do ya'll think?

if you do a search on this topic you will find a lot of opinions on this. any of the magic marine harnesses are fine. i've collected several different kinds and i prefer Dakine Nitrous shorts. you can't beat the convenience. good luck.

I've tried several over the years and I find the Aquata/Magic Marine to fit best. I think mine are Equipe XT models. I'm not quite as big as you but close, 6'2" and 190.

Does the Worrell have straps to change out the spreader?

Not Rick, but my you can change out the spreader on my Worrell harness. We took them off to add cleats for a chicken line for tybee.

How are the nitrous shorts? I've been eyeballing tham for a while but since they were technically designed for windsurfing/kite-boarding I wasn't sure how comfortable or secure they were for supporting my full weight. I'm 6'5 and about 225 pounds so my gravitational force may be too much for them. What do you think?

I think they would be much more maneuverable for bouy racing.

I'm 6'3" and 220. the nitrous shorts are great. i have shoulder harnesses i use for long distance races but around the cans i use the nitrous shorts. they are so convenient since all you ever have to do is put on the bar which means when you come to shore all you have to do is snap the bar off and your done. this is especially nice if you are going to shore frequently. i give rides from the beach a lot...
