Anyone interested in renting a house that sleeps 10? We could fit 5 teams, maybe more college party style to save money.

That would be $1,200 for the week so that's $120 per person for the week. That works out to $30 a night if it's 4 nights.
I've emailed the owner for the address and to see how much more to move in there the evening of the 8th.
I'm pretty sure if we do this a few of the teams would be from the NE.

This house should be right down the street, it says it has a view of North Beach.

Sign me up for a room with a king size bed. I think JW and Dennis would like a room as well. I could probably fill the rest of the house with So Cal teams.
