If the F16's length is measure only on the hull, and not the overall length why don't more F16's have a rudder setup like Wayne Marlow's Bitza? Why not move the whole rig back to put the rear beam almost on the transom since you can move the rudders back and have clearance for the tiller crossbar?

Seems like it is the easiest way to move the center of gravity and effort back. Perhaps not have to have as much bow out front in area, but have more in length and make a below minimum weight boat more easily attainable.

Seems logical, just wondering if there is something simple I'm overlooking?
