A few weeks ago I got a new T platform and I am now experiencing some problems obtaining a measurement certificate.
The problem is related to the total weight of the boat:

Class Rule

"C.6.1 WEIGHT
(a) The minimum total weight of the Assembled Hulls, Hull Appendages, and Rig, as defined in Sections D, E, & F of these class rules, shall be 155 kg, when in dry condition."

specifies a total minimum weight of 155kg (including more or less everything except sails).

While the measurement form (item 107) specifies the "Weight of assembled boat" of 130kg up to 145kg.

There are two questions:
1) Does "weight of assembled boat" in the measurement form relate to the same total weight mentioned in Class rule C.6.1? (i.e. does the weight include the same components ?).

2) Even if the weight of the mast is excluded from the weight in the measurement form, the two minimum values of 155kg (class rules) and 130kg (measurement form) do not fit together considering a typical mast weight of 14.5kg.

Does anyone know of any formal document that resolved this contradiction ?

Thanks for your help.
Christian

PS:
I know that the total boat weight is usually measured
without mast and has to comply with the limits stated in
the measurement form and not those mentioned in th class rules,
but I need some document to prove this to the local measurer.

I also tried to post the question on the ITA Forum, but it
seems that neither the [email protected] e-mails are working
nor am I able to create a new topic despite being registered.

If you don't get any help here I'm sure someone will have the answer on the Yachts & Yachting Multihulls forum. Unfortunately, you would have to register first.
