Peter Vink and Sven de Laaf (TORNADO) are first finished in the 26th Round Texel Race. they rounded Texel in 2.37.19. Their finish was spectacular. A few meters before the finish line their boat passed Gunnar Larsen and Xander Pols (M20)Worldchampion Darren Bundock (HOBIE 18 TIGER) arrived in third place. There is a fair chance he will be the overall winner of this 26th edition of the Zwitserleven Round Texel 2003. The first boat that passed the finish line, the tornado of Leigh McMillan and Mark Bulkeley, is disqualified, due to starting too early. The team put in a protest on this decision.
