I have been repairing my Nacra 5.8 hulls. As part of the process i purchased a new rear deck. I attempted to install it. but it popped up on in places. Any suggestions on how to get enough material on the edges to get it to hold?

Thicken resin with coloidal silica (cabosil) and hold the deck down with ratchet type straps around hull
