I just received this email...Did anyone else know? Am I just late to the party? Usually this stuff leaks out well in advance.

JOHN TOMKO JOINS THE AUSTRALIAN HIGH PERFORMANCE CATAMARAN TEAM AS DEALER FOR THE GREAT STATE OF TEXAS

Fun in the Sun Services, Inc., North American Distributor for Australia High Performance Catamarans, is proud to announce the addition of John Tomko as a dealer for the Great State of Texas. John has an extensive background in racing catamarans with 31 years of sailing experience and many wins to his credit including 5-time winner of the Texas 300 race and 2-time National 20 Champ.

John Tomko is based in the San Antonio area but will have a broad reach to the racers as he attends many races. John will have his inaugural race on the AHPC C2 F18 Catamaran at the F18 North American Championships to be held August 9-13 in Racine, WI.

John joins the team with the ranks of other great racers such as Robbie Daniel of Clearwater, John Casey of Orlando, our European Distributors, Darren Bundock (2 time Olympic Silver Medalist and 5 time Tornado World Champion), and Caroline Brower (3 time Olympian) and many more joining the AHPC family every day.

With AHPC and Fun in the Sun being a primary sponsor of the upcoming F18 North American Championships, AHPC will be officially welcoming in style, John Tomko and John Casey who has also recently come on board to head up the AHPC new VIPER Club Junior Program.(www.ViperClubSailing.com)

Hobie for years, then a stint with a Nacra Infusion, back to Hobie with the Wildcat, now the C2. This lends to the credence of sailing Formula 18s. Yeah, where did the Wildcat go?
