our lake has a very informal "regatta" every 4th of july weekend...the event organizer settles all disputes & penalties are paid in bottles of beer...i have progressed to the point that i can make my boat do what i want it to(most of the time) and would like to trailer to more "formal" around the buoys races...where do i find a rulebook?
