I thought that was going to be a shameless self-promotion video - but it wasn't really. thanks for that. I want to own a big cat someday. however, I'm not sure I could ever be happy with 10 knots of boat speed! ;-)

I like the way the narrator says that having a heavy catamaran is good. I'm not so sure about that.

he does have a point about being tossed about the cabin. I believe Randy mentioned the harsh reality of being bi$ch-slapped around in those giant multihulls in his RTW race on Team Adventure.

Going from 20+ kts to 3 in the space of 1/2 boatlength (and then back up to 20+) can't be fun for an entire passage...
