Hi, All:

I recently had a tree limb fall on my '79 H-16, busting off a piece off my rudder where the tiller-to-rudder bolt hole is. I am going to try to repair the rudder with SS screws and a bonding agent before I lay out the cheese for a new rudder. My understanding is that the rudders on '79 vintage Hobies are made of Lexan. What should I use to bond the piece back to the rudder? Thanks in advance ...

I have done this repair a couple of times. SS screws and epoxy for use on plastic. I get both items at the local hardware store. Works great!
