After a successful 2010 circuit we are sure to be in for more great sailing this winter. New people to the class, new boats hitting the water, this year is shaping up to better than ever.

This year the schedule is similar in timing to last year with one dedicated week in Jan followed by one weekend event in Feb and one weekend event in March. However this year we have one significant change. All 4 regattas are going to be held at the same location "The Islander Resort" in the FL Keys. This is the same location as the 2012 A Class Catamaran World championships.

While we continue to see exceptional growth and great numbers for these winter events we feel that getting the boats between events is a limiting factor in allowing people to participate in more than one event, especially for those who were from out of state. The structure of these events will allow boats to be left at the resort between regattas and with Miami international a short drive away it will be a lot easier for everyone who would like to attend. So get together with your local guys, share the logistical commitment to get your boats to and from and come and enjoy some great winter sailing.

This year's events will be similar format to last year. Away from the great warm water racing we are working on putting together different sail, mast, boat related workshops, coaching opportunities and lots of great social events.
