When completing the form, it would be useful if you could insert the F16 model type ( Blade, Viper, Falcon or whatever etc.) in the brackets of the Plaque Boat Class field.

Wouldnt it be better for the class measurer/NA secretary to have these and send when the boat is registered?

What is the purpose of the plaque and why is it so expensive? What do you mean by plaque btw? Did you misspell plague?
