Anybody know why Flyer is advertizing a C Class that is smaller than the box rule?

It would be a cool boat to own, go race Carbon 20's on the weekend and once a year take it and race against the wing crowd.

But if it is a C Class why didnt they make it full size?

or am I missing something?

http://www.flyer-acat.de/pages/german/ckat.php

C Class rules are:
Length – 25 feet
Beam – 14 feet
Sail Area – 300 square feet

This boat is 7m or 23ft long
3.5 m or 11.5 wide
25m2 sail.

Pretty cool, but why not go full size?

Maybe because the owner could use it to sail against other 20ft cats. Don't ist there something like a 20ft Formula class?
I definetly would like to see this racing against a winged C-class.

Its too long to fit in any F20 box rule, being that its 23ft long.
