I do 2 things to stay in shape for sailing (i am currently the same size jeans as i was at 18 and only about 5-10lbs heavier)

1. I got a dog and walk her 3-4x/day (lost about 20lbs when i started this)
2. i sail 3 days a week (for about 10-20 hours/week)

I use my vibrator! whistle

I have lost 38 pounds since January, and am 7 pounds lighter than when I played high school football. At 197 now, from 235, and going to get to 190.

All from my vibrator.., oh and not eating as much, but still drinking hartily.

The vibrator was an idea designed by the Russian astronaut program. You stand on it and it shakes the hell out of you. Increases your heart beat from 80 to 110. Price is $4K, and street Price is $2K. When Mary uses it her oxygen levels go from 82 to 92 within 10 minutes.

Oh I don't know... because of the scenery? Pay to work out and enjoy the scenery in the A/C or get paid min wage to shovel poop in the blazing heat and look at other dudes shoveling poop, it's tough call for sure.

Yoga is awesome!

Some people also consider the scenery "motivation".

Sail! That is the first workout.
Bicycle for cardio.
Yoga for flexibility.

Don't need a gym! The basics of the USMC training program are push- ups, chin-ups, sit-ups, squat thrust, cardio (running prefered), and stretching. Lots of the previous mentioned and better to start with little everyday and build from there!

A few have recomended Yoga, if you can find a Hot Yoga class, rock with that.
