There may have been a few late 82 boats that had the adjustable upper castings, but I'm fairly sure the feature became standard in 83. So, it's not unusual that your boat doesn't have em.
Even if you find em, there's an outside chance you may still have to fill with epoxy and re-drill the back holes in the rudders. To get them to rake correctly. Most use Marine Tex, cause the color matches and the stuff is really thick and easy to apply. Unfortunately this job absolutely requires a drill press to re-drill the holes correctly. A hand drill will just make a big mess.
I'd check Ebay or some of the other catsail classified and find some adjustable castings. You might also check Sailing Pro Shop

The effort is worth it. I got mine fixed up a couple a years ago, and the rudders work like a dream. Just a slight tiller tug with maximum mast rake.
