Probably a copyright issue. A couple of days ago, a photographer in New Smyrna beach got video of a four foot spinner shark coming out the waves and over the head of a surfer.

Ha....I thought it was the asteroid that passed within 7500 miles over the southern Atlantic. It was only discovered last week on June 22.

I would like to think they knew well in advance and chose not to tell us so we don't have widespread panic on our hands.

If the truth is that we still can't detect things that can wipe us out with more than a week's notice, that's probably a bigger problem.

Either way, with no defense, it sort of doesn't matter anyway.

This thread is about an acrobatic shark.

The asteroid was small, the size of a small house. Bad news only for those at ground zero.

Does anyone know what a shark's teeth sound like when they snap together? I do...

Not anymore, apparently.

That video from London was pretty cool. I was totally expecting someone dressed in a monster suit to jump in front of the camera, though.

If the 15ft white pointer that buzzed us had opened it's mouth I would have given up sailing
