How do I best repair a cracked transom pushed in by rudder assembly. It takes in water

First, make sure the rudder system/lock down bolt work properly.

How bad is the crack? A pic would be nice. If it's more than a small one, you'll have to grind, re-glass, and finish.

hey..i rocognize that boat! the famous BLUE RIBBON, flagship of O SEGREDO FROTA...

repairs took about 3 days total, a few minutes at a time. used west system, chop glass, and topped with fabric. so far so good. just grind back past gelcoat for better grip. orbital sander is a must(too much work by hand). bondo to fill voids after final sanding of glass and your ready for gelcoat or paint touch up. used about 10$ worth of west system/chop/fabric/bondo/paint. GO FOR IT!!!
