Hey Dave - what's a 'Grilfriend'? We BBQ together, but I hope I mean more to Terry than that. Just read the results, and there is NO WAY that T and I took a race from the McDonald's. If anything, Peyton probably came close to lapping us and it only looked like we won. So you might want to confirm with Matt adjust the score. We're also skeptical as to whether we came in ahead of Jody. Chances are slim.....

so you were so far behind they thought you were in first? There's a good t-shirt slogan in there.

I have a note on that after seeing a similar sign at a Zaxby's once! ;-)

Careful Jake I'm still not sure she's the playful type ( I kinda just met her ) I took a chance with the results thing and based on her last post it could still go either way. Seriously Jake you should know better by now than to follow me into the rabbit hole... for f!@# sake you're supposed to be the smart one.

Kris, you are correct you and Terry were very consistent. I had the start time for you guys wrong in the race in question.

Did you finally pay your registration? Or do I need to send the muscle to come by for a visit... keep in mind the juice is running.

good rum makes for good regattas (there's a thread about that somewhere), and good ole' Ding never leaves home with the cheap stuff.

Great work by everyone to make this light air affair a success. It's like a family reunion without that creepy uncle who works the tilt-o-whirl at the carnival...

First, I have nothing to lose and your rabbit holes usually are surrounded with good entertainment. Second, she only took issue with the "girlfriend" part of the results...which is probably the least potentially offensive parts of the content (not the least of which referenced Terry!). So, I'm thinking she's good with it! ;-)

Oh wait..."grilfriend"...I think I just got that. Wait...no I didn't. Shut-up self.

"Very consistent"? Is that code for "Crap, you guys really s#cked" or "Did you leave your tiller on shore?" or maybe "Were you even trying to move in the same direction of the other boats?"

As for paying, I could not find anyone who looked trustworthy enough to hand over money to. I decided to put the money towards a much needed sailing clinic.

Glad you finally got the grilfriend reference. Wait - did you?

any female that has the gumption to sail with this bunch of miscreants and malcontents gets my sympathy vote!

If they weren't so much fun to hang out with I'd say "run for the hills"...oh, wait, that's where we live (cue banjo music).

But seriously, it's usually the guys' fault anyway. And I speak with authority. I lost to a singlehander who only sailed one day this weekend (thanks for that boot in the nuts, Frank) smile

No you didn't. It's another scoring error.

Crap, I forgot Frank's 20 (how could I?)

Tad, you've got a FULL FLEET of N20 within a 2 hour radius of your house! with STOCK equipment!

scary thing is I've whored on all of them except Fondrik's (at least since he's owned it)

Add South Florida and you've got 2+ additional N20 (not sure how many Sonneklar still has, plus Chip & Barb's down in the keys)
