I just bought my first boat, i have been sailing for 20 years, now i am looking to chat with anyone , or anyone that has sailed on a R21 or owned one?

I am in Pittsburgh 1 from lake Arthur, and 2hr from Lake Erie!PA So now i am looking where to dry dock it at!

Florida! All boats should be docked in Florida during the winter. One of the guys keeps his F18 here and flies in from Nova Scotia to go sailing.

Sadly, that is true to a great extent. It is not a good time to be a tradesman in Florida. If you're a surgeon it may be a different matter.

they say there are shortages of RNs, LPNs and PAs, but I can't verify personally...

I don't find any shortages of LPN's. At least there is nothing open I'm interested in.

Our Lake Arthur (In Louisiana) doesn't freeze. I have a mooring ball near my Stiletto. We sail year round. Small airport about 15 miles away. Of course you might have to buy a plane too...
