As I mentioned in my previous Steeplechase post, part of our day 2 woes was a broke lower unit on the 10:1 mainsheet system. This morning I put in a call to Scott Norman, the local Harken Rep and an old friend of mine from college letting him know of the problem. I just got word back from him that a replacement will be in the mail to me promptly. Now that's great customer service!!!!! Thanks Scott and Harken!
