I got a "new" cat (N5.5sl) and I'm selling my old one (N5.0). I have to decide which sheet sytem I keep. Old one is 7:1 but smaller blocks, line is I 8 mm I think. The new cat came with a 10 mm line (0r 12, not sure) and a 6:1 system with much bigger blocks. The 7:1 works fine and the sheet is in better shape, so I installed this one for the first ride, will test the other one next time. I'm interested in other people's preferences or opinions, my hands hurt a bit after a day of strong winds, not sure if that will change with a thicker line but less purchase. Thanks

I know I prefer a thick mainsheet for hand comfort, but the smaller stuff is easier to trim in really tight, and runs out much faster.

So on my 'play' cats, I use the thicker stuff, and on my racing cat I use the smaller stuff, with a taper so it's really small running through the blocks.
