Key Largo, FL and Put-in-Bay, ... | I am trying to re-rig my Wave with a self-tacking, furling jib. Can someone send me some graphics and drawing layout on how to set it up. Key Largo, FL and Put-in-Bay, ... | I Know, Tawd, but I want to start sailing with CABB and they do a lot of distance stuff. I have had great success with the Super Wave using a Hooter and Uni. 2nd in the Conch Cup, 1st in the Round the Bay (60 boats), 1st in Sandusky Steeplechase to Put-in-Bay, Ohio. Then got sails for the Super-Duper Wave, with a Hooter 9' out, and a jib 5' out. Was staying with a Hobie 20 until the explosion.  Funny aboaut the Wave -- sort of like an International 14 -- it will handle a lot of sail area due to the tremendous buoyancy. | Rick, what would it rate with max sail? I really like the idea of a simple day sailor that could be powered up easily.

Clermont, FL, USA | The Super Duper will probably rate arounde 86 and should pass the F18s.., That ought to stir up some smack. The story will probably start out as... I was crushing the F18 fleet and then my Hobiebob fell off and bonked me in the head and it went downhill from there...
