Leave the drain plugs out, put a 55-gallon drum under the trailer hitch to keep the boat titled back. If you have hatches, pull the covers and put some of those circular metal house roof-vent deals in them (or the equivalent).
Take a tarp and hang it over the mast and strap town the sides pretty tight.
Basically you want to try to keep the hulls as close to the same temperature as the surrounding air, and moisture free.

yes Damon, i do keep my H14 in the water, I have no other choice at my lake since i do not have a lake front property so i could take it out. And i do not have a trailer so i took my whole boat apart. I am planning on keeping the hulls under a over hang facing down and cover it with a tarp. And keeping the mast tired to my fence and cover it with a tarp. The frame and everything is in my basement. Is that ok?

OK, I was just making sure I understood. I haven't heard of many beachcats kept in the water all season, but I guess it's working for you!

As far as storage, your storage plan sound good. Since your cat is disassembled you could also use this storage method.

Does your 14 have deck port holes? If not you might make it a winter project to add some. It's the only way to get the inside of the hulls completely dry. For the pros and cons as well as illustrated instructions read this article.
