Can anyone send me instructions or a photo of how to correctly mount the Universal Mama Bob Mast Float? I bought one for my AMF Trac 16. Fixing it to the mast looks pretty straightforward. My question is: what do I need to do to stop it rotating? Mine came without instructions. Thanks fellow sailors.

I thought they were supposed to rotate. That's why they have a "tail".

Oh, OK
That's good thinking. I assumed that because the one that is specifically for the hobie is rigidly mounted, mine should be too. But now I come to think of it, I'm not sure why.
THanks so much
Dave

Thanks matey :-)
As with everything catamaran, it's easy if you have a Hobie. There's a bit more guessing involved with a less common boat like the Trac, and as for parts.....
Thanks for responding. I think I've got it figured out
