Posts: 554 Boston, Ma | The International F18 class is considering developing a DVD or web based tutorial program for our boats. Would that have interest from people?
If so, what sort of things would you like to see?

Posts: 5,525 | It's a joke! Maybe someone will get it.
But, if you're going to all the trouble maybe some real life mark and gate roundings at speed?

I'm boatless.

Something else to add is mast and sail tuning. It's been a while since I've watched the Racine videos, but I don't recall them going through how to properly set batten tension and spreader rake for a given mainsail/mast combination.
There is properly some marketing value in a promotional video. The Ronstan 18 foot skiff sailing video pretty much makes you find a way to go race skiffs; something similar for F18 sailing would be awesome!
