I guess I have too much time inside today, but I felt this was another regatta we might include in "Current Events."

Race officers that can sail well tend to be quality race officers, such as Mr. Matt Bounds, currently in a tie for second place.

Wow, that is tight. He's tied with Phil Collins, and given their 1-2 history over the years, makes one wonder if they'll match race it out or go after Borg in first?

The real answer was yes . . . and no.

After my 5th in the first race yesterday, both Phil and Dan left me alone while they mixed it up. My fate was in the hands of others. If Bill Kast hadn't gotten 2nd in the last race (the first time he beat Phil all week), there wouldn't have been a tie, and I wouldn't have won on a tie-breaker.
