Whack your name down here if you own a Mosquito with a platform weight of 65kg or more. There is no obligation to anything by registering here, just an initial guage to see how many are out there.

If you know someone that doesn't frequent the forum or have access to it, either let them know or register them on their behalf.

We also have two plywood boats, 1140 & 1434. I reckon 1434 is closer to 80 kg.

I just thought that I would pose this question to the mossie forum.

Apart from the possibility of the Hobie cat, is there any other catamaran with such a great history of boats and owners as the Mossie .Especially in Australia.

I would contend that there isn't another to rival the good ole' Mossie.

the old Paper-Tiger would come very close, they too have a very united group of dedicated members that are continuing to 'move foward' with their class.... but they seem to be in far more distant clusters than the mozzie sailors.
cool

Yeah .That's fair enough. the Paper Tiger was introduced in 67/68 and quite ubiquitous throughout Australia.

Anyone know the history of this boat?. Would it also be possible to have my two boats updated in the boat history section.
