After seeing the new rudders and daggerboards on the F18 mk2, I was wondering if it would be worth putting new rudders and daggerboards on the G32. The daggerboards on the G32 are huge! They are a trapazoid keel shape and gybe. The G32 rudders are smaller than F18 rudders, maybe swapping them out for F18 rudders would be an improvement?

I would be cautious about using foils from a boat that is much lighter than yours. The G32 looks great and is likely pretty low load, but it is much bigger boat and would likely need a different layup schedule on the boards compared to an F18 or other small boat.
I bet it would work in lighter conditions but would not be nice to have fail in heavy air.
