I texted the Fleet Capt. 4 times and no response . I told her I was trying to get people involved but it was like spitting in wind when you have zero info. to give. I was told there would be an NOR over a month ago and still nothing. So it isn't a lack of trying or getting involved .
It's lack of accountability within.
I guess part of my point was to offer her/him to write their NOR for them and send it to them for approval rather than asking them when they'll get it done...I'll be glad to help write it needed (but be sure they welcome the help before we waste our time).
Certainly, sometimes, nothing works.
